2) Payment. All payments must be in cleared funds, before the time of your booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards (With the exception of American Express and Diners Card), We accept Cheques 7 working days before the booking date. Cash payment would have to be in person at our address stated in the contact section of this website. Please do not send cash in the post.
3) Extra Playing time. The standard package consists of a 4 hour period of play for Home & Corporate Poker, however should your game run over this period, you may request that the dealer continues for an agreed amount of time. This decision is solely at the discretion of the dealer and their judgement is final. Any extra time required after the booked 4 hour period will be charged at £40.00 per hour and is payable to the dealer at the beginning of the extra time.(Where Credit/Debit card payments are made, the additional amount will be taken from your card the next morning)
4) Cancellation/Re-Booking. As in life something’s don't always go to plan, We would ask that you inform us as soon as you are aware of any changes or Hiccups in your planned night. If you wish to cancel, you must let us know 7 days before your booking date for a full refund , if you tell us upto 48hrs before your booked date you will receive a 50% refund of your paid fee. If you cancel under 48 hours or fail to turn up to your venue then you will be charged the full amount of your Package.
5) Venues. When selecting a venue, there are a few points to consider, the table is 8ft long and 3ft wide. You will therefore need a space of around 12ft by 8ft to comfortable accommodate all the equipment and your friends. The distance we will travel to get to your venue is anywhere within the west midlands. If you wish to book us to a further location then we are happy to accommodate this, we would however have to discuss this with yourselves
6) Eating, Drinking & Smoking. At the discretion of the party organiser and venue rules and restrictions on Smoking, you are allowed to eat and drink around the table, however we would discourage you from placing any food or drink on the playing area. Ashtrays are strictly forbidden from being placed on the playing area as is smoking directly over the playing area. Pokerpartynite encourages you to drink and gamble sensibly and enjoy yourselves.
7) Behaviour. Whilst we encourage friendly banter and competitive players, we will not tolerate, lairy and obnoxious behaviour. Being a loud mouth drunk does not mean you are a great player.
8) Photos. With your permission we would like to photograph your poker night and possibly publish these on our website.
